- On the User Self Service Portal homepage, tap on Setup.

Under Devices you will find all devices on which you have installed Cortado MDM.
When you select a device, a number of different options are available, depending on the device type.
Note! You can open the User Self Service Portal in the browser of any device and, for example, select your lost device there.
With Lock Screen you can lock the screen on the selected device. Then a PIN will need to be entered to unlock the screen again.
With this option you can delete the Android work profile or the iOS business container on a missing device. On the device you are working on, select the missing device and tap on Wipe Partial. Following acknowledgement of the security prompt, all company-related data (MDM profiles, managed apps) will be deleted from the device. All private data remains in place.
Wipe Full (only for the company’s own devices)
This option lets you reset the missing device to the factory default settings. On the device you are working on, select the missing device and tap on Wipe Full. Following acknowledgement of the security prompt, the selected device will be reset to its factory settings.
Clear Passcode (iOS only)
You can use the Clear Passcode option to delete the passcode from the selected device. The device is now able to be accessed without entering the passcode.
Apple MDM/Android Enterprise MDM
As an alternative to the First Steps Wizard for First Steps Wizard für iOS or Android, all the required downloads for configuring the MDM can be carried out with the Apple MDM or Android Enterprise MDM. If you have already successfully configured your device using the First Steps Wizard, no further action is required here.
The certificate was already loaded onto the device while running the First Steps Wizard. Only download it again if directed to do so by your administrator.
